A beautifully drawn cross generational story of a mysterious signal that is at first discounted by the powers that be, then investigated by a new class at the academy. I enjoyed the resolution, but this was definitely not the story that I thought it would be. Also, one of the issues has a background character with a cyborg implant that looks EXACTLY like Rutherford from Lower Decks.
