I somehow missed that National Vinyl Day was on August 12th, but it’s on my calendar now, so I’ll be sure to mention it again next year, but Star Trek has a pretty fun history with Vinyl, with many soundtracks and original stories being first pressed into round shapes before they were released as tapes, cds, or digital bits that just float through the ether of the internet. I own a good many of them myself with a record player that I bought just for the Trek records I was collecting, some of which are pretty good and others are certainly not.
