Barbara Strickland is currently living in Townsville, Australia. Originally from Sydney of Italian parentage she has a Bachelor of Education and is currently working on a Diploma in TESOL as teaching English coincides with her love of languages and travel. She is fortunate enough to have three grown-up children who encourage her to express herself or so they tell her. When not found working on her Unexpected romance series she is trying to figure out how to convince people her poetry is worth reading. She isn’t succeeding so is currently working on a children’s book instead. Thank God for ballroom dancing and books because both provide inspiration and a lot of fun and keep her spirit up.
