Ben Guilfoy was born and raised in Massachusetts, where he found an intense love of various foods and a seething hatred of snow. Since an early age, he showed an interest in stories of all kinds (but mostly the fantastical kinds). He studied English and Communications/Journalism at Framingham State College (now University) and currently works at a daily newspaper as a web news editor and community manager.
