David Loughery
David Loughery wrote the screenplay for Star Trek V: The Final Frontier. He also shared story credit with William Shatner and Harve Bennett.
Other films which Loughery has written for include 1984’s Dreamscape (starring Christopher Plummer), 1990’s Flashback (starring Paul Dooley, Cliff DeYoung, Michael McKean and featuring Allan Graf), 1992’s Passenger 57 (starring Bruce Greenwood and Robert Hooks), 1993’s The Three Musketeers and 1995’s Tom and Huck (featuring Charles Rocket and Ike Eisenmann).
More recently, Loughery wrote the story and original screenplay for director Neil LaBute’s 2008 film Lakeview Terrace, which co-starred Ron Glass. He then wrote the screenplay for the hit 2009 film Obsessed, which featured Bruce McGill and Idris Elba.
