There has always been an easy way to see into the future, to travel forward through time.  To do so you need only visit Los angeles.

There, on an ordinary-looking street called Melrose, you will find a band of people who know for certain what the future will be.

You see it’s their jobs.  They work on Star Trek.  That means they know what the clothes will look like, what kind of tools we will be using, and what form our starships will take three hundred – and even four hundred – years from now.  Through the doodles, sketches and designs of these – presented here in two special collections – you, too, will see the future.
