The Son’a Flagship commanded by the Adhar Ru’afo was a powerful starship that was fitted with illegal weapons. The Son’a Flagship was designed for 1998 film Star Trek: Insurrection.

The Son’a Flagship was medium-sized starship, utilized during the late-24th century. It is heavily shielded and fitted with tractor beams. John Eaves’ unusual design of the starship was inspired by the shapes of a horseshoe and a piano. The original design depicted the ship flying with the forks forward, but the final model was turned around by the visual effects team.

It measures approximately 6.8 inches long and has been painstakingly recreated in die-cast and high-quality ABS materials. The accompanying magazine explores the in-depth profile and specifications of the Son’a Flagship, as well as a look behind the scenes at the making of the John Eaves ship.
